This is what comes in the most. Cracked screens or lines on the display, a battery that no longer lasts the day, a loose charging port, a blurry camera, or a phone that got wet and won’t turn on. Most of these repairs are done in about an hour, while you wait.

A tablet screen is bigger and glued to the body, so a corner drop usually cracks the whole glass. We also fix batteries, charging ports, buttons and tablets that won’t turn on. Because the screen is more delicate they can take longer than a phone — we tell you how long before we start.

The most common is scratched or cracked glass from a knock, and a battery that after a couple of years no longer makes it to the evening. We also see watches that won’t charge properly and broken bands. These are small, sealed devices, so we work carefully: we check it first and confirm whether it can be fixed before charging you anything.
